Kauai February 2015 Trip Report

Aloha Kauai!

We embarked on a long-awaited birthday trip to Kauai in February 2015! We had a wonderful time on a laid-back gastronomic adventure around the Garden Isle. We booked our flights using miles on Hawaiian Airlines (35k per person round trip and about $11 in taxes). We booked our 2-BR cottage on Poipu365, and our Jeep rental was via Costco ($260 for the week). Thank you to my hubby, Steve, for taking me on this trip for my birthday!

Gary anderson - Thanks for a very nice trip report. I enjoyed all the food photos as well as beach and canyon shots. Lots of good tips for things to do and see. We look forward to our trip in Oct. We have only 4 full days so I’m sure it will be jampacked!
Aloha!

Jen Freemna - Thanks for all the amazing recommendations. My hubby and I will be on Kauai next week for our honeymoon and I cannot wait to try everything. I hope Aloha Aina will be re-opened by the time we get there.
